Speeding

Thank you for your response to the priority survey. 

You'll be pleased to know that speeding is Berkhamsted's Neighbourhood policing team priority for this quarter. Could you tell me more about locations and times where speeding is at it's worst? This will allow us to target harden those areas most affected, so we can make the most difference.
